pregabalin vs neurontin and benzo's

Posted by temoigneur on July 19, 2003, at 17:48:27

Was just looking at the reports forcasting the release of pfizers pregablin, indicated for anxiety states, pain and seizures. It's hard to find any statement that delineates whether people gain tolerance to it, if it causes retrograde anmesia like the benzo's. I know it can cause sedation but should be less than neurontin. Anyone have any information on this drug and it's release in Canada or the US. An application for it's approval is being put into the FDA in fall of this year, how long would it usually take to be approved. I emailed a prominent researcher who told me he had seen "amazing things with pregabalin and anxiety states".

nardil 30, Klonopin 7, Zyprexa 10
