Hi KRM123,

Yes it is very well known and documented that SSRIs give sexual dysfunction. Some are worse than others. But you have to test them by yourself. I suggest to you that you stay on Sertraline and add a small amount of buproprion or remeron or buspirone. They help to reverse this pesty side effect. Or again, you can try the herb Gingko Biloba.
