I, too, had trouble getting out of bed in the morning... Not sure if it was from Lexapro, though... because it's been that way since high school. Maybe you're already a morning coffee drinker, but have you considered drinking a cup (or two) of TEA in the morning? For one thing, the caffeine in tea lasts longer than coffee... spreads itself out over a longer period of time, whereas coffee hits you all at once. Tea, as opposed to coffee, may help with any anxiety as well. Secondly, tea is rich in antioxidants, which helps prevent cancer. Just a thought...
