I had something like that with Celexa (on a very low dose, 10mg?) - I was close to a out-of-body experience at one point. I had to discontinue after a few days, partly because of the extreme anxiety, but partly also because I was getting liver-toxic symptoms from its combination with other meds (Serzone & Trazodone).
