I have to disagree. At that point return of my sx was the main prob - this indicates that my sx (could) result from excessive 5HT stimulation. Serotonin syndrome symptoms were almost non existent at that point. True, I did have mental status change, but there was no diaphoresis, myoclonus, hyperthermia etc etc. To be diagnoses as having the syndrome one must have unequivocal somatic complaints IN ADDITION to mental status changes.

You can't play with MAOIs and potent serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It is necessary to wait 2 full weeks after your last dose of Nardil before beginning a drug like Anafranil.

I disagree. Many scholarly monographs indicate 7 days is enough. Resynthesis can occur within 7 days for a lot of people. But I agree that 14 days is best. But I was in a real hurry!

The actions of Nardil do not leave the body quickly - longer than Parnate.
