In, particular, have you noticed any increases in effects from the medications? I've had what I take to be small bouts of serotonin syndrome since I've been taking ProVigil (200mg) daily with a variety of drugs which increase transmission of serotonin. This is odd for me; I have been on very large amounts of SRIs before and have had no signs of serotonin syndrome. I can see why the pharmacology of Provigil could lead to this sort of effect; I'm just curious as to whether any one else has noticed ProVigil's effecting their SSRIs, etc.?

I've been taking Provigil (200 mg) for about a week now, I am also on Effexor (225 mg). I haven't really noticed any interactions - bad or good. There is certainly the possibilty, as provigil has been shown to increase serotonin release.
