Hi Eddie -

I posted to the wrong board a few days ago, so it happens.

I go through the same thing (and I've cried in the bathroom too). I don't know why I'm so strongly affected by things either. I think I have very high expectations/standards and if things aren't perfect, it really gets to me. Sometimes I realize it's completely out of proportion to an incident, but I can't change my feeling about it. Part of my mind says "it's no big deal - relax" but the rest of me won't let go.

I can't give you any answers, but I can tell you you're not alone.

> Why do things get to me so deeply? I can be happy as a clam, and a single argument or criticism levels me. All I can think is "This person suddenly hates me. Why else would they be doing this?"
> Then my whole day's ruined.
