Partial or complete?
Ephedrine is i believe a complete adrenergic agonist (binding to both epi. and norepinephrine receptors-- any type i think). i think clonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist (inhibiting most norepinephrine-using cells). Yohimbine is an alpha-2 antagonist (stimulating most of these types of cells). Amphetamines are potent agonists of norepinephrine (and have other properties). Umm...
Reboxetine and atomoxetine are norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, so essentialy act as agonists indirectly i think you could say. Most tricyclics also have this property, as does venlafaxine/Effexor.
i think methamphetamine might be the most potent norepinephrine agonist that is used; i'm not sure.
Hope this was helpful.
