Call your doctor and ask for a sleeping pill. I'm waiting to hear back from mine.
Sleep deprivation can induce psychosis. The other day, I was seeing oxygen bubbles for a few seconds, really spooked me. Paxil has given me insomnia, and I know it won't work on my social anxiety, so I don't know why I take it.
