1200mg Seroquel with 45mg Nardil

I have tried over 75 meds over the years and seem to be doing well on 45mg of Nardil combined with 1200mg of Seroquel daily. Has anyone had any experience with this combo? Does 1200mg of Seroquel seem high? I am doing great on this combo!
