I can't tell you how glad to have found this place!! To be able to jaw-jack about nardil makes my heart smile. But you had me confused with names til I re-read posts about a zillion times. So - nardil maniac whose house is nardil palace is Ace? and the "lady" is nardil? posted by falconman? And you are silly AND psychotic!!!I have been on THE LADY since 8/00 after trying 21 others since 1996. My serotonin system done broke. My dr. had never perscribed it!but I talked him into it, cuz I knew my dopamine system needed a shove. Since I am a nurse anesthetist he was OK with perscribing it even tho I am on: oxycontin 240mg 3x/d, norco 6-8 prn, internal pain pump with dilaudid (that I just found out Tues. wasn't working and hadn't been for a fing year!but that's another story). I was getting sleepy from narcs,can't imagine why!, so I asked him about ritalin. I, unfortunately, don't get that high feeling anymore(but since nardin I don't NEED it!) and rarely get much pain relief, but the point is the ritalin made a big improvement and THEN I FOUND NARDIL. Talking about a changed ooold woman!! (how do you save a post while typing? I lose them cuz the Enter button is next to the " key and I get so pissed off cuz it is usually a long post(is it trying to tell me something?!!) and I never can find the original post?) The nardil started working with the first dose and keeps on working at just 60mg. The doc had said he wouldn't give up on me and I was scheduling ECT when the miracle happened!!!!He has since retired,so I guess I was a good case to end with.
I wanted to e-mail cuz I found a program with happy faces and stuff & it's a lot of fun.
