Hey caha. Let me try to address your questions:
Picamilon is not readily available in the U.S. You have to order it online, but I can't give you the website b/c that's against the rules. Just do a search on the net and the sites will pop up.
I am on no other meds right now.
As far as usefulness for depression, check out my response in the post above this one.
