I am the same way. I am not sure why though, I have always felt better at night. Could it be medication related? Did this just start happening on these particular meds or has it always been that way? You might want to mention this to your doctor. I was having severe nausea in the mornings, couldn't figure out why. Turns out by morning my Zoloft had worn off and I was having withdrawel symptoms in the morning! Go figure! Changed my med times, and the nausea was gone. The dosage timing dose really seem to matter on some of these meds.
