jyl, I've read your posts frequently too & while I have absolutely nothing to offer in advice (it's outside my range of experience), I want you to know I hope you find help somehow, somewhere. When one gets no responses or very few, it's normal to think no one cares. When I don't answer someone, it's either because I'm too miserable, or too busy to read posts, or have no help to offer. Wish I could help.
One thing - would you explain what you mean exactly by disassociating? I wonder if I'm not misunderstanding what people mean. It's your expression "snap out of it" that makes me wonder. I've been feeling so spacey lately & wonder if it's the same.
