What you have described is close to the way I am and I have been told I'm bipolarII.
I just try to look at as a mood disorder and for no apprent reason I can go up or down. More downs than ups though. Prozac sent me into a mild hypomania that a doc told me defined my bipolar. other words it convinced her because I appear so different all the time.Rainee
