Yes, I was taking it with an SSRI. I find the SSRI's to be much more effective. Have you tried Paxil or Zoloft? Both seem to work well for OCD. My doctor started me at 25 mgs. Seroquel. I am not sure what her target dose was, I never made it past the 25 mgs. If you try it let me know how it goes.
