I dont know what to do about the lump in throat feeling but it is subsiding a bit. I notice when I drink pepsi alot it feels worse and if I drink water it is somewhat better. For the armpit sweating I use Certain Dry antipersperant. I can only find it at a drug store called Andersons in my home town. It works if you are not too sensitive. It burns for a little while after I put it on but goes away.
