geodon and over-arousal

I was just Googling geodon and came upon this quote "High hopes were pinned on Geodon because of it lack of weight-gain, but we have heard of quite a few cases of an over-arousal syndrome caused by Geodon, perhaps due to its SSRI-like activity". what is this over-arousal syndrome? They were discussing children with bipolar and the article link is:

if you'd like to read it in context. I'm wondering if they mean over-arousal in terms of eating. Thanks
