I've heard people say stuff like this lots of times, but I just don't buy it. 10 mg methylphenidate is 10 mg methylphenidate. 20 mg paroxetine is 20 mg paroxetine. 1 mg risperidone is 1 mg risperidone. There is no difference in the pills other than inactive ingredients (dyes, binding agents, etc.).
