ummm... might the safest thing to try for anger be a benzo or mood stabilizer (i.e. anticonvulsant?)i love zyprexa, but i don't think it would be appropriate for me to recommend it as a first line med in anger control (narcissistic aggressive personality? intermittent explosive? whatever)
