Yes, I tend to feel worse if I increase the dose above my optimal level. I think this is rare phenomenon. I would taper up your nardil dose slowly with the guidance of your pdoc to find the best dose for you. The only exception to this is if you have a history of bipolar disorder or you feel like you are getting manic on the nardil.
