For me, I had surgery too..and given an iv solution of this drug, I had the most profound cessation of anxiety and esp the obsessive thoughts that I have about a certain rather intrusive phobia, more than i've ever had in my life.
I also got the pill form for home..I was so thrilled with my response, I looked on the net and did find an article regarding an investigative study of zofran and ocd.. I think it said that even small mgs of this drug helped with OCD. I wonder if one day its use will be OK'd for ocd, social anxiety and other anxiety disorders.
