Hi -
What is atomoxetine? Is that the one like reboxetine? That might not be bad for ADD - but if it is too much like reboxetine than it is about the most limp **** med there is.
I agree with you totoally on amineptine. Aminetpine is a stimulating proseuxla antidpressant which was discontinued as on off patent - tremendously inexpensive and safe drug. It had "abuse potential" supposedly - which in my opinion based on my info is kind of joke - just like benzodizepines might be abused by drug abusers - same so for amineptine.
Anyway - amineptine is in fact prosexual, much like wellbutrin often is. Taken acutely aminetpine is a relatively pure dopamine reuptake inhibitor - but soon becomes noradrengic as well. It actually still is avalable in South America I believe. Peru perhaps or Brazil?
Best,
Chad
http://www.socialfear.com/> I was diagnosed with inattentive ADD and depression 6 years ago. I have been on Wellbutrin SR 300mg/day for 2 years. It worked great at first, I was motivated enough to work full time and go to school to finish an associates' degree. It made me feel normal, even euphoric, and I had the first orgasms of my life. It also minimized drug and food cravings.

> Amineptine (Survector) sounds amazing, it makes me angry that the FDA makes it hard to get a hold of. "It promotes orgasm, it must be bad!" What about for people like me, who have such a hard time having an orgasm? We are inundated with advertisements for Viagra, yet something that may potentially help women is discouraged. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

> I look forward to the release of Strattera (atomoxetine) next month. Anyone else going to try to get on it?
