All of the OTC remedies you mention are good. Another pair to try are ginger (in ginger ale) and Coca Cola syrup.

The other thing to do is call your doctor and get them to prescribe a more powerful anti-nausea drug. There are a good many thanks to the large number of people who undergo chemotherapy.
