OH OH and YES, fish oil, or flax oil or Omega 3 or Alpha one or Phi beta capa....do those come in capsules? (As you can see I am having a hard time taking any of this very seriously)

I took a multi with Zinc when starting Depakote, but did not notice any difference in "hair retention", what I noticed is after 9 months, all went back to normal...When taking C for prevention of colds, I noticed I drank more water (to down the pills) and I had less illness.

Here's some personal experience with supplements:
1) DHEA made me a little too wired with muscle tension.
2) SAM-e made me a little too wired (just for a few hours postdosing) and I felt agitated (Wellbutrin like), and for some reason my eyes felt "filmy" and "foggy".
3) DL-phenylalanine caused some appetite suppresion but not much else.
4) L-Tyrosine: *Something* positive happened. All I know is that I had less difficulty listening to and understanding lyrics (hearing literal words amidst music).
5) Sublingual B-complex: Definitely seemed more energetic.
6) Fish Oil(s): Definitely seemed to help "mixed" depressive symtpoms in some capacity. *Withdrawal* made them worse-that's how I know-I just ran out and felt more rotten.
