Dopamine puts you into a kind of self centered driven state, you may be bugged by anyone and anything that gets in your way.

YOu may find that anything that gets in your way is trying to personaly hinder you. Excess dopamine makes everything revolve around you.

You can try reducing the dosage, and/or adding a SSRI which may ballance the driven state.
