If you search in to the archives for Mirapex, ChrisK had very good results with it.
Metilphenidate, a stimulant, also has some dopaminergic effect (it's prescribred for ADHD, but it might fit your case, it depends on your symptoms).
Anyway, the site www.biopsychiatry.com might worth a look: it's huge and with a great deal of information ; it doesn't have a search engine inside (its only flaw), so you might want to search "from the outside" with google and take a look; (search for biopsychiatry mirapex, or biopsychiatry dopaminergic).
