Take a look at thread above re: mixing Provigal and Celexa. I pasted the link here. Since Lexapro is very similar to Celexa, I'd be cautious before mixing in the Provigal.
I, too, had a nasty withdrawl from Effexor. I had maybe a 3 day taper, then went cold turkey (pdoc's instructions). Bad move.
