Aching arms/holding head

Posted by JaneB on October 26, 2002, at 8:08:38

A little background: I take .5mg clonazepam and 10 mg celexa at night. Starting about 4 am during my sleep I start holding my aching head. My arms get so tired and achey, I wake up briefly to cover back up and this goes on until I finally get up. Sometimes my head is hurting real bad and sometimes I am having nightmares.

I have thought about tying my arms down! It usually starts when I am having headaches but then goes on as if I have developed a habit. Is this some sort of restless arms syndrome?

I have tried taking the celexa in the a.m. and no difference. I end up feeling achey and tired. I know this sounds like an insignificant problem but the poor sleep is affecting my daytime functioning.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Jane
