Butterfly,
Your deppression sounds similar to mine. If you are like me then if you take Zyprexa you will feel like your butterfly wings have been clipped! That is how I felt on every antipsychotic I have ever tried. Also lithium. I know what you mean when you say you do not want to get rid of the up cycle. Please try fish oil (omega 3) Omegabrite brand I'm told is the best. Take it whether you are up or down. also discuss some milder med alternatives with your Dr.
