I had a similar hair-raising experience with taking Lexapro in the morning and Trazodone at night. I think that AD's can cause some anxiety and stimulation when you first take them...
I was TOTALLY unable to sleep without the Trazodone, though. I feel less stimulated now, though after 3 weeks of AD's. Does effexor make you feel really nervous during the day? Maybe it is the cause, not the Traz..
