I guess it's been around three weeks for me, haven't noticed any improvement on Lexapro. I am a fellow refractory depressive and have not had much success with anything else. It seems like the people responding well to Lexapro do so quickly and dramatically, but I am trying not to completely give up yet. Maybe they also have had success with other meds in the past. I see my doctor today, maybe I will have more info when I return.
