Decreased appetite s/e of Lexapro

I have noticed since day 2 of taking Lexapro that my appetite is significantly decreased. At first, I thought it was because of the severe nausea. Now, I am not nauseous and I still have no appetite. Sometimes I forget to eat all day and don't realize it. I need to lose weight anyway, but I know skipping meals is not good. With all the other SSRI's (ESP. PAXIL!), I experienced INCREASED appetite (which lead to weight gain).
Has anyone else experienced decreased appetite with Lexapro? I'm not exactly complaining about this s/e, but sometimes it's scary for me to go all day without eating and not realize it.
