I think Joy makes a good point about defining what "blunting" is to you. I am unipolar depressed, not OCD, so I can only speak from that perspective (hmmm, maybe I am pre-blunted).

I was on the anti-psychotic Risperdal and it gave me energy which helped my thoughts be not so lethargic, also. I didn't feel so much "flat affect" while on it.

I got off because of side effects, and it was very disappointing to let it go.
