I get the same thing. But I can usually tell the difference by the amount of "physical" agitation that goes along with the med side effects. If it is a "med" side effect that causes agitation usually I cannot sit still and am pacing, etc. It helps to keep a daily diary of your meds, changes in meds, dosages, general mood, anxiety?, etc. That way you can see on a chart if a med is causing problems. I am very med sensitive and just a slight change in meds can cause an uproar with me. Pdocs say it's impossible to feel a difference but it does happen. My current pdoc is understanding and adjusts my meds to suit me and my med sensitivity. Charting it all might give you some more leverage with your doctor if you can show you have been keeping track of it all. Just an idea. Don't worry, you're not crazy, lol!
