Ritalin SR as good as Concerta or Metadate?

Posted by rainbowlight on August 30, 2002, at 17:20:27

My pdoc says they are all the same. My insurance won't cover Concerta, but they will cover Ritalin SR. I am really interested in trying the Concerta but it is $82.00. Is it worth it to spend that much on it or is the Ritalin SR similiar enough? I am having good luck with regular Ritalin but would like a longer acting form.
