Sorry to answer your question a big NO. I have been diagnosed more than ten years ago with depression, and at least tried ten different antidepressants. I am still on an antidep. All those ADs caused some emotional blunting that doesn't go away with the continuation of therapy. Actually I think they work in this way. Blunting your emotions and making you forget your worries. If you have obsessive worries and put on an AD only for that reason, there is definitely a subsitution for obsessive worries. Try klonopin. It is an excellent medication for obsessive worries and I guarantee the results without much emotional blunting that ADs do. Ask your doc.
