There may be other meds that contribute to this problem but lithium can cause it for a certainty. A doctor my son had said it was the cause of this problem happening to my son. A person can be using it for a long time before the problem arises. Dropping the dose did not help but when he stopped lithium completely, so did the urinary incontinence. Maybe you'll hear some more advice about the other meds.
