Dr. Liebowitz has done clinical studies on Nardil for social phobia. I'm currently taking 60mg. I've been on that dose for about 4 weeks and on Nardil for about 6 weeks. My pdoc waited the full 2 weeks before starting. I have dry mouth, sexual dysfunction, twitching, and insomnia. I'm going to give it a full 12 weeks, but right now it's not more impressive than an SSRI in terms of effect. BTW, the dry mouth and twitching have gotten a little bit better, and my pdoc says that Viagra works for the sexual dysfunction.
