Hey Shawn glad you are feeling better...

I thought you deserved to know, in case you don't already, that Kava is thought to cause damage to kidneys or liver, don't remember which...

... i wonder what the actual mechanism is?

... funny thing that caffeine... now that i've become an old timer (27), i'm starting to become more ashamed of my behaviour while sober and anxious than drunk or manic... i think it's a sign of maturity when you realize things just don't matter ...

(except stimulation of the nucleus accumbens and septal nuclei, of course)

> Thanks for asking. Yes, that was yesterday morning. I was feeling a bit off ... it is not a good idea to take caffeine while on Wellbutrin it would seem. The two don't interact well. It would also seem to support the argument that one should take their medicine at the same time each day (I skipped out on my Remeron dose).

My memory has never been better and my thought processes run smoothly and efficiently. I have gained 17 pounds in the past month and a half by the way. I did this on purpose because I'd lost wait from depression and anxiety issues.
> I am finding it harder and harder to pack on any more pounds, so perhaps my body has found an equilibrium point. I crave nothing.
