It made me too agitated and I couldn't sleep. But if you had a partial response to Lamictal, I would definitely try adding it to the lithium. It can't hurt, and will probably help that blah, tired feeling. Have you mentioned it to your pdoc? FWIW, I think Li is a great med used in combination with other mood stabilizers or AD's.
