ritalin was like a roller coaster - i could feel it riding my system. as it was coming out, after only about 2-1/2 hrs. for me, i got weepy and irritable. popped another one and i was o.k. again.
concerta is quite smooth for me if i take it twice a day. i must process stims more quickly than others. so at 18 mg. in the morning and then 18 mg. in the afternoon, it's good.
