I've been on 40 mg/day dexedrine spansules since January. I have lost about 20 pounds, although it was unusual for me to be that heavy. I was about 120 when I got married 12 years ago. My weight slowly crept up over the years to about 128. I went on prozac about a year and a half ago and my weight shot up about 20 pounds while I was on it even though I was working out regularly. I don't know if it's totally the dex or just getting off of the prozac that caused me to drop the 20 pounds. I'm now around 124 and feeling so much better than I was last year.
