I was stabilized at 30 mg for five years. I have to admit that I wasn't very good at keeping with my schedule. Sometimes 3 or 4 days would pass before I would take my next dosage. Of course I was feeling perfect. When I switched to the weekly regimen I began forgeting to take them every week and that in addition to the stress of graduating caused me to relapse. I just hope I can go back to my old self. I get so afraid when I think this time the depression is not going away. You would think that after 5 episodes I would know how to cope but I don't. Anyways thank you so much for the explanation it really helped.
