i have done effexor cold turkey. It rteally is not as bad as everyone makes out. Go as far as you can and if you cant manage take a few dose of prozac and that will tied you over, because of it's long half life you won't need anything else. good luck. P.s. which European country are you in. Effexor is doled out redily in the u.k.
