What are you doing for your exercise routine? What do you like about it and do you think it's one that will keep you motivated to continue? Always on the lookout for interesting routines, although my favorite is dancing.
Also, another important element is to keep the sludge moving out of the body. Alot of meds cause constipation and I know I sure feel toxic and 'crappy' when I'm not having regular number two's. The water helps with this, but a good health food store colon blow product is a good thing as well. - Barbara
