Hi Mat-
I want to move to Austria! Red Tape refers to a procedure that gets delayed because of bureaucracy
or overly complex, unneccesary rules.
Is there absolutely NO way that someone in the United States can get a hold of Reboxetine, even as a clinical trial sort of thing?
