Many thanks for replying me. Have you had a trial on thyroid hormone? I know Thyroxine sometimes can act as a moodstabilzer and/or antideressant, when used in combination with lithium, vaproate, or carbamazepipine. (Iīm sure that you know this... but in case not)
Regarding me: You asked about my litum dosage. I take t. Litionit 2+3 tab/day. 42 mg (6mmol)Li+ This is a pretty high dosage, and the most people get litium level about 0.8 on this dosage.
I only achieve litium level 0.5 mmol/l. I will started to raise the litium dosage, after I reach 200 mg of Lamictal.You asked about my ADD symptom.

Often donīt fulfil thinks such as reading a book to the end. Same tendeny in different education.I know this can be part of bipolar II disorders witch I suffer from.
When I was on Effexor 450 mg + Remeron 60 mg, I had a great ability in concentration. The high Effexor gave me flat feelings and numb my emotions. Sex drive and ability to that was bad. I also had a serve sun sensitive, and heat intolerans. I am not sure if the Efexor or Remeron or the combnation is the culprit.
On effexor 225 mg + 45 Remeron my sex drive was great. But I had to stop the Remeron because reccurent infection. I am 90 % sure that Remeron was the culprit. I stopped Remeron for 6 month, and I have not had any sign of infections during this time, I alwas have one or two in this time of season.
Currently Effexor 225 mg and Serzone 600 donīt improve the sex drive or ability at all. Serzone is definately worser in this respect than Remeron. I was also more concentrated, and my memory was better on Remeron. Despite this I donīt want to go back to Remeron and have 4-6 infection /year.
I hope I donīt get numbed on higher dosage Lamictal and Litium. I also wanīt my concentration and wiriness to read whitc is importend for me. When I try to read I get so, so tired after about 15 - 20 min.
I know my depression has not lifted yet. Soon I think competely remission is only a dream, for some of us....
