I am in the process of switching from Effexor to Wellbutrin.
If you experienced that kind of dizziness on Effexor, you must have been missing doses. You are definitely describing the well-known withdrawal symptoms of that drug.
Also, you said you take Wellbutrin to regulate seratonin, but it does not affect that.
