Could you give me some infos about Lofepramine (Gamonil) ? Did you try other tricyclics ? I tried Trimipramine and Amitryptiline with less success and side effects were to bad (sedation, dry mouth...).
How much do you take ? What are the side effects ? How do you judge about its antidepressant effects in regard to other ADs ?Many thanks
